Lukfook Group Honoured Again as “QF Star Employer” for Outstanding Talent Strategy under the “Qualifications Framework”

(22 September 2025) — Luk Fook Holdings (International) Limited (“Lukfook” or the “Group”) (Stock Code: 0590) is pleased to announce that the Group has once again been awarded the “QF Star Employer” recognition under the “Qualifications Framework” (“QF”) by the Education Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This accolade acknowledges the Group's unwavering support and participation in the QF, as well as its significant contributions to nurturing exceptional talent.

Mr. Wong Wai Sheung, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lukfook Group, said, “We are immensely proud to once again receive the ‘QF Star Employer’ recognition. The Group is committed to upholding the ‘Lukfook Family’ corporate culture and regards employee development as a key to success. By providing a comprehensive training system, we aim to enhance the professional expertise of our team and broaden their industry perspectives. Looking ahead, the Group will continue to implement its ‘People Empowerment’ sustainable development strategy, fostering an equitable, diversified and inclusive workplace to empower employees’ career growth, enabling our team to progress alongside the Group.”

The Group provides extensive training to its employees, covering a wide range of areas such as jewellery knowledge, sales skills, high-quality service, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and anti-corruption. Among these, two training courses, namely “Certificate in Quality Service and Jewellery Knowledge (QF Level 2)” and “Certificate in Advanced Jewellery Knowledge (QF Level 3)”, have been accredited by the QF since 2014. Over 381 employees have also obtained QF Level 2 to 4 in the “Recognition of Prior Learning” (“RPL”) mechanism, which clearly reflects the Group’s firm commitment and success in professional training.

The QF Scheme aims to promote lifelong learning by establishing clear and objective standards for qualifications in the academic, vocational, and continuing education sectors. The RPL mechanism under the framework acknowledges employees’ accumulated workplace experience and skills, providing an alternative pathway for individuals to obtain QF‐recognised qualifications.
